Install Waterproof Click-Lock Flooring

I need the existing carpet and padding pulled up in a front room, coat closet, and a couple of short hallways—altogether under 500 sq ft—and replaced with the waterproof click-lock planks I’ve already purchased. I’ll have the underlayment, transitions, and trim on-site and I’ll handle disposal of the old materials, so your role is strictly the labor.

The subfloor looks solid, but we’ll know for sure once the carpet is up. If minor touch-ups are necessary, I’ll supply whatever extra compound or screws you request so the installation can stay on schedule.

What I’m expecting from you:
• Remove carpet, padding, tack strips, and staples
• Check the plywood for flatness; sand or spot-fill only if lightly required
• Lay the click-lock planks with proper stagger, expansion gaps, and tight seams
• Install transitions and quarter round (all provided)
• Leave the workspace swept and ready for furniture
