Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This project covers a full interior refresh of my residence, focused on two main tasks: installing new floors and giving every wall a clean, finished coat of paint. All work must be carried out under a single general-contracting umbrella so scheduling, permitting, and quality control stay streamlined.
Scope
• Flooring installation – remove existing surfaces, prepare sub-floors, lay the new material, and trim out with matching baseboards.
• Wall painting/finishing – patch and prime where needed, apply even coats, and leave crisp edges with zero overspray.
I’ll supply preferred paint colours and general flooring style; you advise on exact products, order materials, coordinate any specialty trades, and keep the site tidy at day’s end. Final hand-over is complete only when floors lie flat and silent, walls show no roller marks, and the space is ready for furniture move-in.
