16mm Chima Pink Granite – 10,000 sft
18mm Granite – 3,500 sft
20mm Granite – 2,500 sft
Total granite per building: 16,000 sft
Flat Work (Per Flat – Total 240 Flats):
~109.28 sft per flat:
R Black Kitchen Countertop – 46.88 sft
Kadappa Front Slab – 44.4 sft
R Black Washroom Counter – 4.0 sft
White Marble Shelves (unpolished) – 14.0 sft
Timeline
1 Building (60 flats + 16,000 sft granite) to be completed in 60 days
Entire 4-building project to be completed in 6–7 months
Labour Rates Offered
Work Item Rate (INR)
16mm Granite Laying ₹35/sft
18mm & 20mm Granite Laying ₹40/sft
Full Flat Slab Fixing ₹4,000/flat
Half Molding (separately paid) ₹15/rft
Rates include all fixing, leveling, grouting & edge finishing. No polishing required for marble.
