I have 900 square feet of floor space on Commercial Drive, East Vancouver that needs professional tile installation. The concrete slab is already exposed and clean, so you can set up, spread thin-set, and start laying as soon as you arrive. I’ll supply every material you’ll need—tiles, spacers, mortar, grout, and sealer—leaving you to focus purely on the craft of a straight, even install.

My labour allowance is a flat $500 for the complete job, paid on satisfactory completion. No demolition, leveling, or old-tile removal is required; the scope is strictly installation and standard grout/seal once the tiles have set.

Acceptance criteria
• Uniform layout with consistent joints and correct pattern/alignment
• All tiles fully bonded, lippage kept to a minimum
• Joints grouted and sealed, floor wiped clean and ready for traffic
