Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need clear quick schematics that carve my existing 2,300 sq ft single-family home into two legally distinct dwellings:
• an 1,850 sq ft, 3 bed / 3 bath main residence for me
• a compact 450 sq ft, 1 bed / 1 bath rental suite
Because the smaller unit will be leased, it must have its own dedicated exterior entrance while still tying into the house’s current plumbing and electrical runs. The task is to show exactly how walls, doors, and circulation routes can be re-worked to achieve that split without relocating major utility chases.
Please provide dimensioned floor-plan drawings that:
1. Clearly outline new and existing walls, room names, and fixtures.
2. Schematics can be free hand or cad exploring efficient space and elevation options. Independent entrance is required for the junior unit.
