I need a floor plan designer

We will be building a house within the next year. We have drawn up some sketches of a combination of a few plans we like, with lots of inspiration, at least for the main living and kitchen, coming from a particular Fixer Upper episode. Everything out there these days seems to be open concept, and that isn't our style, so we've had a difficult time finding the right plan and have had to piece it together ourselves. I know exactly what I want, but need someone's expertise helping it all come together logically.
