I am looking for a professional to create a residential floor plan for a new building. I have specific dimensions and layout requirements, so it is important that the freelancer has experience working in this type of project. The floor plan must be well-crafted and meet all my needs. The freelancer must be reliable, creative, and have an eye for detail. If they can also make sure the layout is both efficient and cost-effective, that would be a plus.
