Job Description:
Hi, I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD designer/architect to create a detailed residential floor plan layout. I have an irregular, trapezoidal plot of approximately 1,026 sq ft.
Plot Dimensions (As per survey):
Top Boundary: 35.7 ft
Bottom Boundary: 38.2 ft
Left Boundary: 32.3 ft
Right Boundary: 23.9 ft
Diagonals: 44.1 ft & 48.3 ft
(Note: I will provide a PDF screenshot of the exact surveyed coordinates and triangulation measurements).
My Requirements:
Configuration: 3BHK + 1 Single Bedroom/Study (Total 4 Bedrooms) + 3 Bathrooms.
Kitchen Concept: Strictly Closed Kitchen Layout (Traditional Indian style to prevent cooking smoke/odor from spreading). The Kitchen should be an enclosed room, preferably near the Dining area but completely separated by walls and a door.
Living & Dining: An integrated Living and Dining hall that acts as the central hub of the house to minimize hallway space.
Vastu Shastra: The layout must strictly follow Vastu rules (e.g., Master Bed in SW, Closed Kitchen in SE/Agni Kon, interior walls squared perfectly at 90 degrees despite the outer boundary taper).
Wall Thickness: 9" outer structural walls and 4.5" inner partition walls.
Deliverables Required:
Clean AutoCAD .dwg source file (well-layered and scaled).
Finished PDF plot layout with clear dimensions and lineweights.
