Project Description:

I have a hand-drawn layout with measurements (attached) that needs to be converted into a clean, professional, to-scale floor plan similar to what you would see in construction documents.

This is NOT a design project — the layout is already defined. I need someone to accurately translate and polish what I’ve drawn into a professional format.

Scope of Work:

* Convert my hand sketch into a precise, scaled floor plan
* Maintain exact dimensions and layout as provided
* Clean up and straighten all lines, walls, and angles
* Properly show:
* Wall lengths
* Openings (doors, entry paths)
* Angles (non-square walls)
* Clearances and spacing
* Ensure everything is proportionally accurate and buildable
