Traditional 4+ Bedroom Floor Plan

I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a detailed floor plan for my traditional-style residential home. The design should be both functional for permit request to the City of Ottawa. Architect/designer living in the Ottawa/Carp area please.

Requirements:
- 5 bedrooms
- Incorporate the following living spaces:
- Open-plan living areas
- Separate living and dining rooms
- Family room

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in residential floor plan design
- Strong understanding of traditional architectural elements
- Proficiency in design software
- Ability to create functional and creative layouts
