Student Designer: Modern Apartment Designing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I already have the full plan of my apartment and now need a fresh-minded interior design student to turn it into a cohesive modern space. The brief covers every major zone—living room, bedroom and kitchen—and I’m after complete concept support, not just a quick sketch. Think sleek lines, thoughtful materials and a layout that makes the most of the square footage.
Here’s exactly what I’ll be looking for:
• Furniture layout that balances flow with functionality for all three rooms
• A layered lighting plan—ambient, task and accent—clearly marked on the drawings
• Wall-decor concepts that tie into the overall palette and feel contemporary rather than trendy
I’ll supply the architectural plan. You’ll return mood boards, scaled floor plans and either 3-D views or detailed elevations so I can visualise the end result before we start purchasing. Source lists and finish schedules are a bonus if you’re comfortable preparing them.
Creativity, accuracy and clear presentation will get the project signed off; I want to feel confident enough in your package to hand it straight to a contractor. If this sounds like the perfect match for your portfolio, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
NOTE: Students undergoing interior designing course preferred, but not mandatory.
Thanks!
