I'm seeking an experienced contractor to fit a half dormer on my roof. The main goal is creating extra living space, albeit small (less than 100 sq ft).
Key requirements for the project include:
- An understanding that my roof is currently in good shape and requires no major repairs
- expertise in constructing half dormers intended for additional living space
- the ability to work on a project resulting in less than 100 sq ft of new space
