I'm seeking an experienced designer to create a detailed floor plan for a one-story single-family home. The design should prioritize a large kitchen with a dining area, and also include essential living spaces.

Key Requirements:
- Design a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout
- Prioritize a large kitchen with dining area
- Include essential rooms: master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, living room, utility room, spare room/ study, family bathroom and toilet
- Ensure good flow and accessibility between spaces

Ideal Skills and Experience:
