Residential Floor Plan Redraw
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a one-story residential layout already saved as a digital PDF. I need it redrawn cleanly so the finished plan looks professional and is easy to read at a glance.
Please keep the overall geometry exactly as it is but add the following details:
• Accurate linear dimensions for every wall, window, and door
• Clear room names (Kitchen, Bedroom 1, etc.) placed inside each space
• Individual square-foot calculations for every room and a total for the whole house
• Street names shown on the outside edges that border the lot so anyone can orient the plan quickly
The final drawing should be delivered as a high-resolution PDF& CAD file ready for printing plus an editable source file (DWG, DXF, or similar) in case we need tweaks down the road. If you use AutoCAD, Revit, or another mainstream drafting tool, just let me know which one so I can open the file here.
