Residential Floor Plan Drafting

simple floor plan layout using ONLY Autodesk Architecture ARC only see images. the floor plan i need drawn is shown in the screenshot image attached.
I have a single-story residential concept that now needs to become a clear, dimensioned floor plan created natively in """Autodesk Architecture ONLY""". The layout must show every space we need in daily life: bedrooms with their bathrooms, an open living-room and kitchen area, plus a compact office and the usual utility rooms.

You will start from a rough hand sketch and a short written brief (both supplied after award) and translate them into a tidy, fully layered DWG. Please keep door and window symbols from the standard Autodesk Architecture library so the file remains editable on my side.

Deliverables
• 1 × Autodesk Architecture (.dwg) file in imperial units (feet, inches)
• 1 × PDF plot of the same plan, ready for printing on A3

Acceptance criteria
• All rooms labelled and dimensioned
• Proper layer naming (walls, doors, windows, fixtures, text, dimensions)
• Clean line-weights and no stray geometry beyond drawing limits
