Open-Concept 3-Bedroom Floorplan Redesign
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an experienced architectural designer to re-work the attached single-storey layout into a true open-concept plan while still evoking a warm, Traditional feel. The brief is simple but precise:
• Move the three generous bedrooms to the opposite side of the house, keeping them spacious and well-separated for privacy.
• Convert the current laundry area into a functional home office.
• In the heart of the home create one flowing space that combines kitchen, dining and living zones, but make it highly adaptable so furniture can shift and the space can expand or contract as family needs change. A large island or integrated dining nook isn’t critical; what matters most is that the living zone remains a flexible living space.
Please keep circulation logical, natural light maximised, and sight-lines open from the front entry through to the rear yard. I’m looking for clear, scaled floor-plan drawings (PDF + native file), a set of dimensioned elevations where needed, and at least one 3D visual or sketch that illustrates the new open area so I can easily present it to my builder.
