I’d like a clear, modern-rustic layout for our lounge that makes the most of a 4.1 m-by-3.4 m through-room. Traffic runs from the front entry to the dining area and stairs, so flow is just as important as looks.
Key elements you’ll be working with
• 75-inch wall-mounted TV on the 4.1 m wall, Sonos Arc directly below
• Main seating on the opposite 3.4 m wall—a 3-seater or compact L-shape, whichever fits best in your plan
• Possibility of one extra armchair or ottoman plus a coffee and/or side table
• Neutral palette (beige, white, grey) in a modern rustic style
• Ceiling lighting only; no floor or wall lamps
• Overall feel: minimalist, family-friendly, uncluttered
What I need from you
1. A scaled floor plan that shows furniture placement, clear circulation paths, and sightlines to the TV.
2. A simple style board (images or links) illustrating furniture and décor choices that deliver the neutral, modern-rustic look.
3. A short rationale explaining why the arrangement supports both function and flow.
