I’m ready to turn a blank studio-size space into a high-end Airbnb stay. The look I’m after is distinctly Modern—clean lines, clever storage and statement lighting—but every choice has to read luxury the moment a guest walks in.

Here’s what I need from you: a complete visual and technical concept that covers layout, finishes, furniture, lighting and décor. Floor-plan guidance, realistic 3D renders and a concise shopping/specification list (with links or SKUs that can be sourced online) will let me move straight from plan to purchase. If you have a smart way to weave in a touch of warmth without losing that modern edge, even better—I’m aiming for boutique-hotel quality, not a sterile box.

The space is a single open room; treat it as an all-in-one living, sleeping and mini-kitchen area that photographs beautifully on a listing page and stays practical for housekeeping turnover. Natural light is good but limited, so layered artificial lighting and reflective surfaces will be important.

Once I approve the overall concept, I’d like a round of minor revisions to finalise colour palette and product swaps, then the final package delivered in organised files I can hand straight to contractors and suppliers.
