Modern Law Firm Interior Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am refreshing our law firm’s client-facing spaces and need a designer who can translate a sleek, modern aesthetic into a welcoming yet professional environment. Every design choice should reinforce confidence during client meetings, so visual impact and practicality matter in equal measure.
Scope
The project centres on three key areas:
• Conference room
• Private meeting rooms
• Lounge area
For each of these spaces I would like you to develop coherent concepts—colour palette, lighting strategy, furniture selection, surface finishes and any custom millwork—that read as one sophisticated whole while allowing each room to serve its specific function.
What I expect to receive
• Floor plans and reflected ceiling plans showing proposed layouts
• 3D visualisations or high-quality renders that clearly convey materials, lighting and mood
• A concise specification sheet listing furniture, fixtures, finishes and artwork with sourcing information (local or online)
• Practical guidance on acoustics, integrated technology and cable management so the rooms remain clutter-free during presentations
Please base decisions on readily available materials and furnishings and flag any items that are custom or long-lead. If you have experience with law firms or other professional services offices, let me know; it will help me trust that your solutions address privacy, durability and client perception from the outset.
I look forward to seeing how you can elevate these spaces into a modern, confident setting that leaves a strong first impression on every visitor.
