I’m looking for a complete interior design service for three residential spaces — the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The design direction is modern, warm, and calming, featuring soft greys, whites, and natural wood tones with an emphasis on clean lines, balance, and timeless elegance rather than bold accent colours.
Scope
• Full interior design including space planning, material and finish selection, and furniture layout based on the floor plan (PDF and DWG) I’ll provide.
• Lighting design, furniture, and décor selection that complement the overall mood and proportions.
• Detailed material palettes and style coordination to ensure consistency across all rooms.
• 3D visualization and renders (1920×1080 JPG or PNG) suitable for client presentation.
• Optional: an additional evening lighting version for mood variation.
• I’ll share reference photos and preferred styles, but open to creative and practical suggestions.
Preferred tools are SketchUp + Enscape, 3ds Max + V-Ray, or Blender, though I’m flexible as long as the final output is professional and realistic.
