I have a newly built 3-bed-hall-kitchen apartment and need a complete interior concept that includes precise measurements for every wall, niche and utility point. The look I want is unmistakably modern—clean lines, smart storage, discreet lighting—anchored in neutral tones so the space feels calm and timeless.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A scaled floor plan showing furniture placement and free circulation space.
• Detailed dimensions for each room (living area, three bedrooms, kitchen, dining, baths, foyer and any balconies) that a contractor can follow without guesswork.
• Mood boards or material palettes that translate the neutral colour scheme into finishes, fabrics and accent textures.
• At least three high-quality 3D views per key area so I can visualise the final outcome before execution.
• A concise schedule of quantities listing built-in units, loose furniture, lighting and décor elements.
The files should be delivered in with PDF/excel measurements, wiring details, furnishes, material details and POP of each item and the renders in JPG/PNG of each room with various angles for references. The work will be submitted to contractors
Accuracy is critical: every measurement must cross-check, and the renders should match the floor plan exactly. I’ll review, flag any clashes, and expect a round of revisions to fine-tune storage or lighting positions.
