Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have two adjacent residential units that must become one cohesive, modern home. The dividing wall will be removed and the new layout should include:
• 2 full bedrooms with built-in closets
• 1 enclosed study room
• An open-plan kitchen with a central island/table
• Logical placement for a washing machine (preferably near plumbing but visually discreet)
• A dedicated storage room that does not feel like an after-thought
Overall aesthetic: clean-lined Modern design. For continuity, plan on tile flooring throughout and keep finishes light and airy. You are free to re-imagine every wall, doorway, and circulation path so long as structural integrity and building codes remain intact.
Deliverables I need:
1. Scaled floor plan (pre-demolition and proposed) showing wall removals and new partitions.
2. Furniture and storage layout keyed to the plan.
3. At least two perspective renders of the open kitchen/living zone illustrating materials, lighting, and tile choices.
4. A concise note on utilities—where the washing machine, plumbing runs, and any relocated electrical points will sit.
