Floor Plan Redesign
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We need to make the changes/rearranged/redesigned to this 2nd floor plan such that the 2 bed rooms BR2 and BR3 can have their own individual full baths instead a single shared bath.
You can gain space, so that you can add additional bath, in the 2nd floor by moving the laundry into the garage, replace the mechanical room with a stacked washer dryer with sliding door. We can move the mechanical room into the attic such that you gain the space in the garage to put the laundry room.
Please note that: All bed rooms, bath rooms and closet sizes should remain the same but you can rearrange them. All Bed rooms should have outside windows as it is now.

Also, only accept the project if you have an idea/concept through which you can achieve the requirements.
