I am seeking a skilled architect or designer to create a detailed floor plan for a duplex home adhering to Telugu Vastu principles. The plot dimensions are 25ft (width, east side) by 100ft (length), and the home itself should be 22ft wide by 60ft long. The first 35ft of the plot is designated for parking and garden space, with a preference for more parking area.

Key Requirements:
- Ground floor to include:
- Island kitchen with an open concept connected to the living area
- Two bedrooms (one master and one regular), each with an attached bathroom
- Pooja room aligned on the east side as per Vastu
- Internal staircase leading to the first floor
- First floor to include:
- Two bedrooms with one common bathroom
- A single balcony for projection or additional use
- Design should incorporate Telugu Vastu principles throughout
