Compact Cubicle Office Floorplan Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have a small office—just under 1,000 sq ft—that needs a clear, production-ready floorplan. The space must comfortably hold up to ten seating desks, a single conference room, and a break room equipped with both a kitchenette and a seating area.
You’ll work in whichever architectural design platform you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or a comparable tool—as long as the final files can be shared in both native and PDF formats for easy markup and printing.
To make sure we stay aligned, I’d like the following hand-offs:
• Scaled floorplan (PDF + source file) with furniture blocks, electrical/data points, dimensions, and clear labels for each zone
• Note confirming that all the deliverables are compliant with safety and labor regulations. You need to live in Florida and being familiar with local regulations.
I value designers who have already tackled tight office footprints and can spot potential bottlenecks at a glance. If that sounds like you, please share a concise sample or two of past office layouts, note your preferred software, and outline your rough timeline for the first draft.
We already have a floorplan of the area.
