Architectural Floor Plan Drafting

I’m looking for an AutoCAD specialist to handle the architectural floor plans for an upcoming project. I have the base concept and dimensions ready; what I need now is a set of polished, professional DWG files that clearly communicate room sizes, wall placements, door and window openings, and any major structural elements.
Scope
• Create or refine clean, layered floor plans in AutoCAD.
• Ensure all dimensions are accurate and consistent with the supplied measurements.
• Use industry-standard layer naming and line-weight conventions so the drawings are construction-ready.
• Deliver both the editable .dwg files and plotted PDFs.
You’ll be working from my sketches and notes, so clear communication is vital. A short update midway through the process is appreciated to confirm you’re on track before finalizing. If you’ve completed similar architectural drafting projects in AutoCAD, please share a sample so I can quickly gauge fit.
I’m aiming for a concise turnaround while leaving room for one round of minor revisions.
