Architect needed to design a house floor plan and 3D model
Budget: €50 – €100 EUR
I need an architect that can be able to propose a functional and modern floor plan for a house with optimized area usage internally (entrance hall, staircase, rooms, kitchen, cupboard spaces, etc.) and modern look externally. Area about 140 m2 (a bit more than half in first floor and the rest in second floor). The house should have a pitched roof.
In the attached document, I have put few ideas of what I wish, but not very sure if this is reasonable and do not know how to complete the missing parts! in particular where and how to place the staircase!
In the second floor, I need 4 rooms, with one W.C. and two bathrooms. If possible/reasonable to have one common bathroom common, and one associated to one room or shared between two neighbor rooms.
I already have a first floor plan proposal from a local house builder, but I am not convinced with totally… in particular, regarding the missing entrance hall… a bit about the staircase. This plan is in the attached document.
I need to have a complete floor plan and 3D model, that fit in the current drawn peripheral area (maximum constructible zone).
