Flex PCB Design - Coil - No Components - USA Vendors ONLY!
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a North America Based PCB Designer physically located in the US or Canada to create a Gerber file for a flexible PCB which is a voice Coil used in vintage Loudspeakers. There are no electronic components on the board, it’s nothing but one long circuit trace in the shape of a Coil, and it is 1-Sided, with 2 VIA’s to route the Trace/Coil from one side to the other. In the final product this is mounted in a Plastic Frame, and its function is Planar Voice Coil used in an Audio Midrange Driver. (see photo’s).
The Deliverable is a Gerber File ready for Production, and there may be a couple revisions as the project progresses. I need a USA/North America based provider because my sample will be shipped to you so you can measure and copy the mechanical dimensions and coil layout. My Sample Must be returned at end of Project! Precision mechanical measurement device like Vernier Calipers are Required due to tight tolerances. I do not want to deal with time or expense of International shipping, so PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE UNLESS YOU ARE PHYSICALLY BASED IN THE USA OR CANADA… I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OFFERS OUTSIDE THIS AREA!! I just don’t want to waste your time :-)
