adding some fetaures to already made app

Hello,
I would like to add some functionalities on my already existing application, the schema is the database is already done
knowledge base
a declaration = a list of invoices for a given year and month
a declaration is linked to a company,
a user can manage more than one company
the requested tasks are the following :
1- implement the process of adding "declaration" in the new declaration page
2- consult the declarations already made in the menu "my declarations"
3 -implement and user selection of compagny
Specificity compared to point 1

we already have a dropzone to add the invoces and an OCR that read the the image and user will select and fill the inputs
what is need in this part is :
when all inputs are filled an invoice is created in the database and is added to the current declaration and the table below is updaed to see the invoice created and all invoice that are for this declaration
verification for inputs :
price ht have to be low the pice TTC
the society filled is prefilled with the curent user society
when we add value two one of those input (IF RCE,ICE) the IF and RCE and ICE and DESIGNATION field are automatically fill if we already have a in database a compagny that have IF or RCE or ICE like this one
-the image of the invoice are stored in google cloud storage (code to store and retrieve data are provided ) the link of the image are stored in the database
- the IF field is verified in specific website to see if it's match an existing company

Specificity to point 2
the user clicks on the menu "my declarations", a sortable table of all the declarations is displayed with the columns "year", "month", "number of invoices" and "visualization", each declaration is selectable
-when we click on visualization we have a table like the one in point 1 that is displayed with CSV and XML export buton at the bottom (for XML export first we will export an empty xml file)
-at the top of the table we have a button to visualize all the selected declarations in a single table and to export in XML/CSV the selected declarations
-the table has a pagination system, the user can select how many declarations per page (12,24,36)
-each line in each declaration visualisation is an invoice when we click on a line we are redirected to the page of point1 where we can edit the invoice details
-all visualisation are displayed in a new tab

in the connection tab user can select wich compagny his working for user can work for different compagny each company have it's own invoices and declaration
user can add and edit his compagny detials and can edit his profilt details
technical requirement :
use python flask , and sqlalchemy models
code have to be well commented
python and html file where to add the code will be give
use JQUERY for sortable table you can use any JS plugin
use semantic front end librairy for table and button
the gfront end have like the image given
database shema will be given .db file will be given
Error handling for every error given a flask message is displayed , erro handling is important
more detials are given with the person who will take the tasks
