Troubleshoot Flask / Postgresql on Windows / WSL
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I writing a program in Postgresql and Flask/Python. It was working fine locally with Postgresql installed through Windows and the Flask program ran through Ubuntu/WSL. I had to re-install the operating system and now have issues outline below. I need someone to help troubleshoot and this could be an opportunity to be an advisor on the project as well.
When trying to Run Program through “Flask Run”
psycopg2.OperationalError: could not translate host name "postgres" to address: Name or service not known
Or alternative error.
Server doesn't listen The server doesn't accept connections: the connection library reports could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "172.24.3.147" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
Require Someone with Experience running Flask / Postgres on Windows/WSL.
Prefer experience with DevOps engineer who can launch with Docker.
