Python Backend Developer

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services, workflow orchestration, SLA engines, API integrations, and notification systems integrated with Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and AI classification services.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python
• Build REST APIs for email processing and integrations
• Implement business rules and SLA engines
• Develop notification and escalation workflows

Integration Development
• Integrate with Microsoft Graph API (Outlook 365)
• Integrate with Teams and Slack APIs
• Implement OAuth2 authentication and secure API communication

Workflow Orchestration
• Design asynchronous email processing workflows
• Implement retry and failure handling mechanisms
• Develop escalation and SLA monitoring logic

Database & Logging
• Design and manage PostgreSQL database interactions
• Implement audit logging and tracking mechanisms
• Optimize DB queries and processing performance

Deployment & Operations
• Work with Docker-based deployments
• Support monitoring and operational stability
• Collaborate with DevOps and AI teams
