Parking Management System with Flask

I need a parking management system website built using Flask, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Jinja2. The system should support Admin and User/Customer roles.

Core Functionalities:
- Booking management
- Payment processing
- Parking spot availability tracking

The system will manage outdoor parking lots, indoor parking garages, and street parking zones.
