Develop an Offline Mobile Admin Panel for Raspberry Pi Kivy Prayer Time Display

Project Overview

I have already developed a Prayer Time Display software using Python (Kivy) that runs on Raspberry Pi 5. The software is fully functional and displays:

Current Time & Date
Islamic Date (Hijri)
Prayer Times
Azan Times
Jamaat Times
Countdown Timers
Scrolling Notice
Full-Screen LED TV Display

Currently, all settings are managed using a USB mouse. I want to replace this with a modern offline mobile web admin panel.

Objective

Develop a responsive web-based admin panel that can be accessed from any mobile phone on the same local Wi-Fi/LAN network without using the Internet.

This project is NOT about developing the prayer display itself.

The prayer display software is already completed.

The work only involves creating and integrating an offline mobile web-based admin panel with the existing Python Kivy application.
