Library Management System

I'm looking for a Library Management System that uses Flask, Bootstrap, and SQLite for data storage, with VueJS for the user interface and Redis for caching. Redis and Celery should handle batch jobs. The app will be multi-user and manage e-books across different sections like an online library. I need it completed in the next few days.
