Geo Analytics Dashboard Full-Stack Build
Budget: $30 – $150 AUD
I’m kicking off a new internal dashboard that will let to explore location-based metrics through an elegant, web-based interface. The front end needs to be modern and visually polished.
On the back end I already run several Python scripts and would like them served through Flask (or a similar lightweight framework). Most raw files live in AWS S3, while additional records sit in our internal databases; the application should fetch, cache, and merge those sources before sending them to the UI. Secure APIs, environment-based configuration, and role-based auth are essential.
The heart of the product is a map-centric view. Interactive layers, clustering, heatmaps, and tooltips will all help convey the story behind the numbers. Standard charts, tables, or KPIs can appear as supporting elements, but mapping is the priority.
Deliverables
• modern and visually polished Responsive front end
• Flask (or equivalent) API that pulls from S3 and my internal DB, processes data with existing Python scripts, and returns clean JSON
• Map-first visualization module (Leaflet, Mapbox GL, or similar) plus optional chart components
• Deployment scripts or IaC to spin everything up on AWS
• Brief hand-off documentation so I can extend the codebase after launch
I’ll provide S3 credentials, database connection strings, and sample datasets as soon as the project starts. Looking forward to seeing a working MVP running in a staging environment, followed by production-ready quality.
