Full-Stack Library Management App with Flask & VueJS

I want a Library Management System using Flask+Bootstrap+SQLite for data storage+VueJS for UI+Redis for Caching+Redis and Celery for batch jobs. It's a multi-user app that is used to issue, grant/revoke and maintain e-books across various sections like an online library.
