Flask backend development with implementation of Celery +Redis (security)

I am looking for a developer who can implement the celery+redis for already build code, just need to add the celery +Redis and handle the fast requesting and responding of the backend code . i am mostly using the Flask python , we use our own LLM which already configured into the code, This project is just to add the CELERY+REDIS , and also security for the flask application , i have 17 files of the python you need to implement the celery=redis in all the files and security also.
