Flask Stock Signal Website Development

I need a Python Flask-based website for my domain pricetheorem.com.

Requirements include:

Backend Functionality:
- Receive TradingView webhook alerts
- For each stock in the alert:
- Identify its ATM Put option using Zerodha Kite API
- Check 5-minute volume candles from the start of the day
- If the highest volume is on a green candle, display iGOT signal

Frontend Requirements:
- Minimalistic design
- User authentication with login and registration
- Display a list of signals with:
- Stock symbol
- Signal type
- Timestamp
- Volume data
- Mobile-friendly interface
- Optionally auto-refresh data

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Python and Flask
- Experience with TradingView webhooks and APIs (specifically Zerodha Kite API)
- Frontend development for mobile-friendly, minimalistic designs
- Implementing user authentication and data auto-refreshing features
