Flask/Python developer to work with the NLP developer to help clear Office 365 Port issues plus do other things on punch list.

Currently am looking for a Flask/Python developer to work with the NLP developer. We have a current need to further develop a pop up email button on an index page that will have the following user Input (Look at Main_excerpt.py):
• Text Input - The Business rules allow for 40 characters
• Valid Email address
• Submit Button
• Cancel Button
• recaptcha


Email Contains:
• Logo header
• Marketing text
• Specific NLP info from the user input (Ranking)
• A Static Chart (PNG)
• Marketing Text
• 4 eCommerce Buttons with text
• Disclaimer link

Notification messages:
• Thanks for filling out the form!
• You have already used ranking feature today. Please try again tomorrow.

The business rules – Look at Main_excerpt.py and front_page_promo.sql
Only I email a day
The database capture the email address and increments it when success email is sent

Issues and requiremnets:
• there is no popup all is done on index page.
• The emails do not allows send and the Office 365 smtp port shuts down.
• Layouts are clunky and needs to look good on an iPhone and a desktop.
• The html format needs to show up in Admin Page
• Need to update GitHub
• Project management tracked on quire.io
