Flask API with MongoDB for Client/Admin Dashboard

We are looking for a **Backend Developer** experienced in **Flask** and **MongoDB** to build the API and backend logic for a dashboard that supports both **Admin** and **Client** portals.

**Key Functionalities:**
* Admin Functions: * Login * Add and manage: * Clients (generates login credentials) * Projects * Payments * Contracts
* Client Functions: * Login with temporary password (must be changed after first login) * View own: * Dashboard * Projects * Payments * Contracts **Authentication:** * JWT token-based * Role-based access (Admin, Client) * Secure password handling (bcrypt or similar)

**Database:** MongoDB

**Deployment:** Hostinger (final deployment environment)

**Deliverables:**
* Flask app with route handling
* MongoDB models * API documentation (Postman or Swagger)
* Setup and deployment instructions
