Existing Flask Web App Dashboard: Two New Pages Only

Scope:
- Creation of two simple pages (Many more pages to come if successfully completed)
- Charts and visuals MUST BE IN CHART.JS
I have an existing simple Web App that I need to improve on. Attached are two new pages I would like to create for it.
The web app uses a unique data file that is uploaded by the ADMIN for each individual user. This data file (Dashboard Data.xlsx) is the source of information for all plots. Please see the attached wireframes and additional images that will need to be uploaded.
Each sheet in the PDF is an individual page on the site. The first sheet will be a page called "Model Validation". The second sheet will be a page called "Model Outputs"
