I need an experienced programmer who can develop a system of text to speech.
I already have a website https://mechatt.tk for mp3 to text download. It is in Python 3.7 so you should use that.
Now you need to add another Tab there where users can upload their video in MP4, AVI format, play it with sound and in bottom there should be a timeline where users can write the movie text in time. Users can also upload their .srt files and edit
The system to be like clideo.com. After editing users can download new .srt file.
You need to install it on my server and set the whole thing there. I have Hetzner VPS with 4GB RAM, dockerized..
I don't deal outside freelancer platform. I don't pay upfront before project code delivery on my server.
