Requirements:

Verify that all fixes previously reported are actually implemented.
Check for performance issues (CPU, RAM, swap usage).
Verify Binance API integration and trade execution logic.
Verify database consistency and logging.
Produce a written report before making major changes.
Important Rules:
No modifications without backup.
