video animation -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced 2D Animator to create a video animation for me. The animation will need to be between 3-4 minutes in duration. I have a script and storyboard ready, so I'm looking for someone who can help me create the animation from scratch along with stitching the audio to the animation. I'm hoping to find a reliable and creative partner who can help me bring my vision to life. Thanks for your interest in this project! If this goes off well I have additional videos that I would like to have made. I will have a voice actor who will complete the audio in a short time.
