(> animator to animate mouth movements

I need someone to draw a cartoon mouth and make it talk, you will have to put this mouth on a character, and make the mouth move like character is talking . the character moves his head left to right, you job is too only animate the mouth. How can you do this is easy? the video is 30 minutes long , and have many more videos for mouth animations.
