AI WWII Thriller Episode Creation

I’m adapting my 200-plus-page World War II thriller into a short-form series of roughly twenty to thirty episodes, each around five minutes. To make this work on a tight production cycle I plan to rely on Veo3 (or any comparable video-generation platform you prefer) and MidLibrary (or an equivalent character-creation tool).
Phase 1 – Character Foundations
The first milestone is a reusable library of consistent characters. Their look must remain uniform from scene to scene, but the priority is emotional expressiveness—grim determination, fear, fleeting hope—rather than flashy AI tricks. We will be working in black and white, so nuance in lighting and shadows, inspired by Schindler’s List, is essential.
Phase 2 – Proof-of-Concept Episode
Once the character pack feels right, we’ll produce a five-minute pilot episode. I’ll provide the finished script and storyboards; you’ll handle prompt writing, tool setup, animation passes, and the final composite. Realistic pacing and historically accurate environments matter, yet the story must stay centre-stage.
Collaboration Style
I want this to be hands-on. Expect screen-shares, iterative reviews, and open dialogue about prompt engineering, asset management, and workflow inside Veo3, MidLibrary, or whatever stack you recommend. I’m here to learn as we go, so clear explanations are welcome.
Deliverables
• Character asset pack: turnarounds, facial-expression sheets, and reference prompts
• One fully rendered five-minute pilot (1080p), black-and-white grade, dramatic lighting and shadows
• Source project files and prompts so we can reuse the pipeline across the remaining episodes
Acceptance Criteria
– Character designs remain visually consistent across all test shots
– Expressive range supports the script’s emotional beats without drifting off-style
– Pilot episode exports cleanly, with no tool watermarks or artefacts, and matches agreed timing
