Tattoo Flash Database / Artist Website

I imagine it looking quite similar in most ways. The piece I really need built is a tattoo flash database. It has until now been organized as a PDF. However at nearly 1000 pages it has been unwieldy.

I imagine users being able to use my website to sort through these images, for me to be able to tag them "Traditional," "Pattern," "Snake," "2020," etc. to number them from start to finish so they can be sorted chronologically, new to old, visa versa. I would like folks to be able to make accounts, save their favorites, inquire about appointments, with multiple choices.
I have about 1000 .svg images (vector) that i want to be available in this database. The advantage of SVG, beyond scalability is the ability for the image to exist alone with a dynamic background. I would like folks to be able to use a full prism color wheel to change the background, or upload images of their own skin, bodies to try the tattoos on themselves.
My website currently exists on squarespace, and I'm willing to move to wordpress, wix, whatever. I have practically no coding skills and I need to be able to upload images, change tags, delete images from the database etc. The more I can do on my own the better to manage the website moving forward.
That's all I can think of. Ive been tossing this idea around in my mind awhile and would love to execute it soon. It would be helpful for me and my clients.
