Rewrite a simple Othello / Reversi game from Flash to HTML5 with provided graphics

The sourcecode of Flash and all graphics is provided.
The task is to rewrite exactly the same in HTML5 which will work on both desktop and mobile (incl. touch).
You can find a video attached.
The user can play against the computer or two users can play with each other on the screen.
