Retro Tribute Surfboard Design

I'm looking for a nostalgic, retro-style tribute design to be fiberglassed onto a surfboard. This design will merge the Fireball Whiskey logo (in black) with elements representing my late father, who affectionately called himself Fireball Flash. He had a fondness for Fireball whiskey and a spirited love for dressing as the Flash on Halloween.

Key components of the design:
- Incorporating the Fireball Whiskey logo
- Details from the Flash costume
- Personal mementos that reflect his spirit

Color scheme:
- Dominantly black and red

Design Direction:

- I'm thinking we replace "Whiskey" in the Fireball logo with "Flash" (see photo)
- Incorporate maybe a caricature of the dad's face on Flash (see front facing photo)
- Have the Fireball creature and Flash be locked arm in arm (see photo)

Ideal candidate:
- A designer with experience in retro styles
- Strong graphic design skills
- Ability to weave personal and meaningful elements into a cohesive design
- Experience with surfboard design or similar mediums is a plus.
