QUICK JOB - Code a simple webpage with candle & thermometer animation for Fundraising event

Hi,
We are having a fundraising event and what we need is to have a 1 webpage that will show 1400 candles and a thermometer. Each candle is worth $100. There is no need to show the $ value on each candle. The thermometer's range is $0 to $140,000. So instead of showing temperature, it will be the $ value depicting increasing heat as more donations are received.
At the start of the fundraising event, the 1400 candles are not lit, and the thermometer is at $0. Whenever someone makes a donation, we will manually input the data in an Excel file that has a cell showing Total Amount Raised and a cell showing Total of Candles Lit (see attached Excel file sample).
Example scenario - someone donates $100 then we will input $100 in the Excel file. The Excel file will show a Total Amount Raised at $100 and will show the Total of Candles Lit at 1. Then the webpage will show an animation that 1 of the candles will light up and then have an animation showing the thermometer will start to move from $0 to $100. And if another person donates say $1500 then we will input $1500 in the Excel file. The Excel file will now show a Total Amount Raised at $1600 and will show the Total of Candles Lit at 16. Then the webpage will show an animation that an additional 15 candles will light up and then have an animation showing the thermometer will start to move from $100 to $1600.
The webpage is not going to be hosted in a domain. It will just be on an air-gapped computer that will be connected to a projector to show the webpage to all the Fundraising event attendees. This is a simple coding work that can be done quickly. Timeframe to have the completed webpage is within 12 hours. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you. - Jon
